Old Town

Old TownOld Town is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its well preserved and renovated Main Street. Many of the 19th century miners' homes, boarding houses and schools are also on the Nationally Registered Historic Structures. Extensive renovation has been underway since the late 1970's. Historic Main Street is the center of activity offering boutique shopping and gourmet dining, and its charm has only been enhanced by the addition of the Town Lift, which offers excellent mountain access to Park City. There is a vast array of properties that are available in Old Town, steaming from single family homes ( both historical or newly built), condominiums or condo hotels.

Thaynes Canyon

Thaynes CanyonThaynes Canyon/Aspen Springs area surrounds the Park City Municipal Golf Course, offering mature landscaping, large trees and great ski resort views. This alpine setting provides home designs ranging from single-level family residences to multiple-acre equestrian properties. This one of the first neighborhoods in Park City and has easy access to Old Town.

Deer Valley

Deer ValleyDeer Valley Ski Resort is consistently rated as one of the best ski resorts in the U.S. by the readers of Ski Magazine. The neighborhood at the base of the ski area is called Snow Park, after the early ski resort that preceded Deer Valley. The Snow Park area offers a variety of condominiums, homesites and single family homes many of which have beautiful ski run views. Royal Street leads up the mountain to the Silver Lake community, site of several single family subdivisions and condominium lodges. The most desirable homes and townhomes offer direct ski access, while many other homes are just a short walk from access trails. Perched above Silver Lake Village is the prestigious, gated Bald Eagle Community which features some of the most luxurious properties of any ski area in the world. The Empire Pass area includes ski-in/ski-out homes, townhomes and luxurious condominiums. They offer a few families the opportunity to enjoy remarkable views, the best ski-in/ski-out location and a beautiful setting.

Deer Crest

Deer CrestDramatic breath taking views across Jordanelle Reservoir to the not so distant Uinta Mountains are what make the Deer Crest area so desirable. Located on the eastern slopes of Deer Valley, this area is home to luxury single family homes and townhomes. Also, it is the site of the soon to come St. Regis Hotel, with it's renowned comforts and service.

Prospector Square

Prospector is a local favorite for convenience. On the bus route and close to shopping, Park City High School, movie theaters, the Rail Trail, The Silver Mountain Health Spa, clinics, doctors offices and restaurants. Prospector Square is well known for its Victorian style architecture and neighborhood park with a pond and playground. Recently there has been a tremendous amount of revocation and remodeling by homeowners in and around the Prospector Square neighborhood. This further proves the popularity of this area.

The Aerie

The AerieThe Aerie is found perched on the hill just east of Old Town affording beautiful views of the city lights and ski slopes. This neighborhood provides some of the most dramatic views of Old Town Park City and the surrounding areas due to its elevation. This is a neighborhood of custom homes with some new town homes in the newer April Mountain area.

Aspens Springs Ranch

Aspen Springs Ranches are located on the north end of Park City, and within minutes of all the recreational opportunities afforded by our wonderful mountain town. Views range from mountains to golf course, and a few of these wonderful homes and lots are horse property.

Park Meadows

Park MeadowsThe Park Meadows community is home to many of Park City's permanent residents, because or its close proximity to McPolin Elementary, Treasure Mountain Middle School, Park City High School, Park City Racquet Club, and the Eccles Center for the Performing Arts. The fairways of the Jack Nicklaus designed Park Meadows Country Club provide scenic vistas and open space. You can find both single family homes and condos in this area.

The Canyons Resort Area

The CanyonsHome to one of the largest ski resorts in the country, The Canyons Resort area boasts beautiful homes, spectacular scenery, and panoramic views. From the exclusive ski in/ ski out development known as The Colony, and White Pine Ranches, to the many condominium and hotel/condo developments, The Canyons Resort has a great mix of housing available for the investor, vacationer, and fulltime resident. Snyderville Basin Area

Snyderville BasinThe Snyderville Basin is an established area of Park City that has seen many changes over the last few years. The new Trailside Park and the elementary school near Swaner Memorial Park make this a very desirable area for permanent residents. The Utah Olympic Ski Jumps, Bobsled Run and neighboring new library all contribute to a vital and interesting community.

Redstone & the Kimball Junction Area

One of Park City's up and coming areas, the Kimball Junction area has seen substantial growth over the last few years. Shopping, dining, and other diversions are all just steps from several different condominium communities. Further expansion is already underway of what many are calling the New Main Street. This pedestrian friendly area houses the largest and newest movie theaters in all of Park City, along with a proposed new bowling alley, restaurants, shops, grocery stores and a state of the art recreation center all housed in brand new modern facilities with a refreshing mountain design. A must see while in Park City.

Pinebrook Estates

Pinebrook EstatesJust a short drive from downtown Park City, is the beautifully wooded Pinebrook Estates subdivision. You'll find homes, townhomes and condominiums all with in a close proximity of skiing, shopping, and all the endless recreational opportunities that Park City has to offer. Also to be found are a new park, Ecker Hill Middle School and the adjoining Park City Aquatic Center, and the brand new Quarry Village commercial center with shopping, restaurants and a new concert series in the heart of the village during the summer for all to enjoy.

The Jeremy Ranch

Relax with a day on the gorgeous green, or enjoy a hike on one of the many biking and hiking trails while viewing the world famous Olympic Ski Jumps from the 2002 Winter Games. Located on the sunny side of the mountain, the Jeremy Ranch subdivision enjoys maximum sun exposure with breath taking mountain views. Also, the home of the Park City school districts Jeremy Ranch Elementary and next to the new Quarry Village commercial center and the Park City Aquatic Center.

Summit Park

Densely wooded, but with a striking beauty all their own, Summit Park and Timberline subdivision are areas that are an easy drive to all three Park City Ski Resorts. Home to beautiful trails and a breath-taking setting, Summit Park is an outdoor paradise. Summit Park started out years ago as a cabin community and slowly over the years became a year round place to live. This was mainly due to it s popularity amongst its first residents. With excellent accessibility to I-80, downtown Park City and the Salt Lake Valley. The Summit Park area is a good value and an area to consider for all that appreciate a wooded rustic mountain environment.

Glenwild to Jordanelle

GlenwildThe large expanse of land from the golf course community of Glenwild to the Jordanelle Reservoir just southeast of Park City, contain some of the area's newest developments. Recreational opportunities include golf courses (or planned courses) at Glenwild, Promontory, Hideout Canyon, Tuhaye, and Victory Ranch, cross-country skiing, boating and water sports at Jordanelle Reservoir, camping, biking, hiking, and snowmobiling. These scenic areas enjoy views of the ski resorts, Park City and the surrounding Wasatch Range.


Heber/Midway is located just 18 miles southeast of Park City, beyond the Jordanelle Reservoir. Other outlying towns of Park City included in this section are Charleston, Wallsberg, Oakley, Kamas, and Coalville which offer a variety of home sites, ranches and living accommodations. Recreation opportunities include boating and water sports at both the Jordanelle, Deer Creek, Rock Port, and Echo Reservoirs, camping, 54 holes of golf at three courses (soon to be five) cross-country skiing, biking, hiking, and snowmobiling. Blue Ribbon fishing stretches the length of the Provo River from just below the Jordanelle Reservoir through the Heber Valley.
